Great Price on 1250S bags

I found a great price on the hard bags for my 1250S today from www.prosourcemotorsports.com. The price is $227.76 with free shiping  I couldn't pass up that price, they will make a nice Christmas present to myself.

where did you find the bags on the site? I wanted to see what they were listing the windscreen for as well.

Actually my wife found them for me, she looked them on by the Suzuki P/N 990d0-v3500-000 and they came up that way.

Just so you are aware that P/N 990d0-v3500-000 OEM which list for $455, is a great price you paid but it is only for the Side Case Set without the two piece mounting hardware or color match inserts which are:
*Side Case Carrier Rack Set P/N 990D0-17H00-065 $208.95 (to support the Side Case Set )
*Side Case Mounting Bars Set P/N 990D0-17H00-060 $104.95 (to support the Side Case Carrier Racks)
*Side Case Color Matched Inserts P/N 990D0-35SC-XXX $104.95 (For color matching, XXX for color code, YHL is RED exc)

Yes, unfortunately I know I still have to purchase the mounting system, I think I will buy those next month so it doesn't hurt so much  Thanks for all the part numbers.

If you decide to go with the Givi racks which might work with those bags, I believe it all works out to be about $200 less and the side case fit with the Givi racks stick out 1 inch less on both sides compared to the OEM racks. However if later you ever decide to add the Givi top case rack which you must use for compatibility, the Givi mount sticks up a full 2 inches higher then OEM and looks conspicuously gawky IMO.

You can go to the "parts fiche", then select Suzuki and type in the part number and they will come up.

Well, I just got a call from Prosource syaing they will not honor the price on their website. They are saying the price is $380 even though their website is still listing it as $227.

Did you get the hard bags for your 1250? I think it's time for me to order mine and wanted to see what type of feedback you had on Prosource.

Also, wanted to ask what mounts you found. I was thinking of using the Suzuki bags with the Givi PLX mounts but I don't know if they would have the same attachment points.

I did get the bags from ProSource for the price that was advertised on their site. The price is higher now though, it was a mistake on their part. They did however honor the original price that they listed, so I am happy with them for that. I have not purchased the mounts yet, I plan on buying the Suzuki mounts for the bags though.
