A..live from battery feeding relay with inline fuse
           B..live from relay feeding both new horns
          C..live from excisting horn switch

   these are twin magnums 139db so relay added any advice ??

   i posted picture up just for a second opinion on what i intended doing   was going to work  :thanks:  :thanks:

I really don't understand what your question is,,, But Yes that is how you would wire it. I think anything aftermarket and draws (or you think it  will draw) more amps.. DO IT install a relay! Years ago I replaced an old sealed beam head light with an H4 halogen and 11:00 PM in the dark going down a long winding road is NOT the time to burn up a light swtich.
$7.00 Bosch style relay is cheep insurance.

I have a MGB that had no relays for headlights and horns. I added them in both circiuts. The difference in the performance is significant and it will prolong the life of your switches. I know that the headlight switch on that car is 80 dollars, and wiring a couple fuzes is 15.00. Nice trade off. I have not had a chance to read the schematics for my 01 600. I would guess then by the number of discussions on this topic means that there are no relays in these circuits? If that is true I know what one of my weekend upgrades will be.
