I started in september and now its almost done. But I did not stress myself while building it. First I tried to make the tail from fiberglass, it took like 3 versions, none of which I liked. Then the fairing.. I made 4 different aluminium fairings, the last one is ok. Also the rear subframe, the first version was aluminium, but it got too compilcated. The current version is stainless steel. So, the actuall work took about few weeks

Seriously, nice work. I'm sort of confused what happened to the 4-2 exhaust. It disappeared...

It was looking too heavy, its in a box in the garage...

Awesome work!

I'm converting my 01 Bandit into a streetfighter after laying it down last season and I have been wanting to modify the tail as well.

Any possibility of sharing some specs on your design?

I have a friend with a shop that should be able to fab something if I give him some specs.

I wish I had the experience and skill to do it myself . Very cool!!

Can't wait to see the fisnished product.

No. But I got the dyno results: 119 hp on the wheel which I think is great!
It has a Akrapovic full system (from GSXR) and Factory jets with original air cleaner.
