Will a B6 exhaust can fit on a B12?

yes i asked the same question on another forum and was told they are the same

Yes it fits, but they aren't the same.
At least not the same until 2004 & up when the B12 went to a 1-piece muffler/mid-pipe assy like the B6 has always used.

There's also a difference between 2001-2003 and the 2000-back B12's. They'll interchange if you use the same series muffler with the mid-pipe.
