It's actually REALLY easy to do.
Tire removal
1: place on centre stand (obvious)
2: remove cotter pin on rear wheel nut (22mm)
3: remove nut for rear axle (have someone stand in front of bike - incase lifting on wrench throws off centre stand)
4: remove bolt for torque-link arm (14mm) (this will drop the RR caliper when removing wheel)
5: remove wheel axle
6: drop caliper
7: drop wheel and remove chain
8: remove wheel (push caliper out of way when passing rim) (Spacers on left & right)
9: remove chain guard (you'll see why later)
DBone links:
1: remove bottom nut(17mm) & bolt (14mm) (DO NOT touch shock bolts) (there's 2 washers)
2: remove top nut and bolt from Dbones (2 more washers)
3: to get top bolt out push the rubber chain guide over and down
4: clean bolts, nuts, washers, axles.
5: grease bolts & axle (easier to put back in)
6: put top bolt in with new Dbones (don't forget washer - on inside of Dbones) ; hand tight for now
7: lift swing arm and put lower bolt back in (don't forget washers on inside)
8: tighten up the nuts on the Dbones to proper torque specs. (don't remember off hand - PM and I'll e-mail you the PDF file)
9: Put wheel back in - don't forget spacers (chain before axle) - put axle in (don't tighten yet)
10: attach bolt for torque-link arm
11: adjust rear wheel back to adjusting plates
12: tighten axle nut - put cotter pin in
13: re-install chain guard
14: torque EVERYTHING!
15: open a beer and enjoy your work.
YOU'RE DONE!
