If so what are thoughts on the handling?

I have Z-6's on now but thought about putting on the M-1's!
I'm going on 1800mile trip and thought I will probly cook the m-1 rear before getting home with loaded down bike!  all back road twisties no interstate riding for me !!! lol

I sent an e-mail to Metzler and they said not mix like that because the front would not clear the water correctly for the Z-6 rear but I'm sure they just said that to cover there butts!

Oh and should I stick with stock 160 or bump it up to 170 for the rear?

Or step down to a 150 for even sharper handling?

can you tell what it will do if I go up to 170 or even down to 150?

Would 170 even make handling differece?  I've already dropped my forks 10mm and got sport bike handle bars that are one inch lower  to.

Only going by what I was told from a B6 rider that went down to a 150... he said it made the bike feel more nimble. OTOH, last time I saw him, he had a 160 back on it and offered no explanation beyond a shrug of his shoulders.

I know some B6'ers have moved to 170's, so I'll let them speak for themselves.
