I just did a 2006 Busa fork on my B12- It's more work than I originally thought.
-Press bandit stem into Busa lower yoke
-Grind off alum stops from lower yoke, machined new eccentric round stops and tap lower yoke
-add bracket to headstock for steering damper
-machined new headlight mounting brackets
-made a split bushing to take-up gap between upper Busa yoke and bandit stem
-counter-bored upper Busa yoke to accept clock brackets
-welded 1/4-20 coupling nuts to clock brackets
-Machined misc bosses off of upper Busa yoke
-Drilled out Bandit key housing to fit wider bolt pattern of upper Busa yoke
-New wheel-bearings to accept larger 25mm Busa axle
-machined three bushings for the wheel - two .75" long on outside of the bearings and one 2.913" long between bearings (inside of wheel) --all 1" id x 1.25 od
-used two flat washers on each bolt between fork and brake caliper to space calipers inward
-Fit 2006 GSXR600 fender
I might have missed some stuff, but that's all I can think of at this time.
