help. i'm in the process of doing a naked conversion with a light from a buell s1. man, thats a lot of wires back there. anybody have any suggestions or pictures of solutions? AARON

All I can suggest is to get a copy of the wiring diagram for both bikes, (For the headlight wires) and try to match them up.
  Do you have the wiring diagram for your bike?   You may be able to find the Buell somewhere on the net.

sorry pete, i should have been more specific. getting the light to work is not the problem. i'm trying to figure out what to do with the wiring loom(size xxl)that was previosly well hidden by the fairing. thanks.

Zip-ties are your friend. Most folks coil and stow the extra length up under the tank - in the area of the gusset tubes (triangular area up front).

for my conversion I simply pulled the black plastic covers off the sides of the frame by the headset area.  Unplugged the harnesses and routed them inside the frame and wire tied as needed.  You can then reroute the connections along the sides of the headset in the metal cable holder clips.

I installed my dual headlights last weekend.  As everybody mentioned just run them under the tank.  It works out so well, you think Suzuki intended it to
be this way.
