Winter mods' pics
« on: May 04, 2006, 08:06:58 AM »
Here's some pics of my bike after some winter modifications that included frame repainting and engine rebuilding.(gsxr intake cam, advancer, factorypro stage 1). The engine runs very smooth and I am happy, but I would really like to gain some more HP (greedy bastard!) so I was thinking maybe carb stage 3 and pods?or would it be better to get rid of the stock carbs for a set of radial slides(maybe 38?)? all views appreciated...

Looks good! For street riding, I'd just stick with the stock CV carbs. They'll work just fine at this level - even if you decide to go with more compression or a 1216 kit.

What's up with the jumper hoses on the cam oil passages? Seems like you're a hose short for a top end oiler... unless I'm just not seeing the other ones.
