Tach, speedo, in need of paint.....HELP

My 400 Bandit needs to have the gauges freshened up.  The paint is peeling and they look yucky.  Soooooo how do I go about doing it???????  Any suggestions???  Please help...  Thanks much..... Pam :}

For best results, disassemble, clean, sand, clean and paint.

Hi Paul,  Thanks for the help... Okay I got it, however, what kind of paint?? Spray like Rustoleum  or something else... Seems like a spray would give the best result, however, I don't know... Thanks, Pam :}
