Pissed off tax return!
« on: May 02, 2009, 08:39:47 PM »
This has nothing to do with bikes, but I just wanted to vent someplace, thought you might get a laugh at what I wrote on my refund cheque!
Well, I'm Pee'd off with my return, first time in 17 yrs. I've had to pay, and it comes at a time when money is short.
So, to vent and make myself feel better I added a little comment on my refund cheque. I don't know what kind of response I'll get from the tax man, if any, but it made me feel better!
What do you think?
Just noticed, I was so Pee'd I even spelled General wrong!!!
If tomorrow really is the first day of the rest of my life..........does that mean all the shit I do today don't count?

Being self employed, I always have to pay. The Mrs.& I only netted 24K last yr.(had a bad fall and winter and she really doesn't make much to begin with)  And I still owed the Federal 3K. I was only able to come up with a grand so I still owe them 2K. Thats why I havn't made the 1st track day this year. And I'll probably see the next one go by too.

Hey smooth

I hear what you're saying.
Well I'll have to call your two missed track days and raise you by having to actually sell my race bike!
Guess I can get another one later, but it just hurts to see it sittting in the garage and not being able to ride it.
Thing is, if I don't dell it I'd be tempted to either race or track day it and I got enough trouble as it is without my better half chewing my ass too!
