I wasn't there, but I watched it on TV.  Josh Herron put in an amazing ride in Race 2 of the Daytona Sportbike class!

Mat Mladin & Jamie Hacking announced they wouldn't race because they felt the track was unsafe.  Mat also announced he was retiring at the end of this season... that probably makes a lot of Superbike racers happy.

wish I had gone.  I even got the RV out and loaded it up.  The weather was questionable, and then it looked like a rider boycott.  I finally didn't think it was worth the 5 hr drive.  Then got saddled with a few projects that took my vacation days.

Easlick is a local kid done good.  Makes me proud to be an Oklahoman.  :bigok:
