mini euro tour
« on: May 26, 2005, 06:41:40 PM »
did a little touring on the bandito. ferry over to france, belgium luxembourg and then germany before heading back to the UK.
heres my ugly mug with the bike loaded up.

came upon this castle on a fantastic twisty road in luxembourg

luxembourg was my favourite place for the bike but germany is awesome for getting drunk and eating sausages  :beers:

heres one of my brother doing ballet in his thermals
its what the other campers woke up to after our all night drinking session in some german bar.  :beers:  :duh:

got almost 3000 miles on the beast now, not bad as its only 5 weeks old. glad to have had the chance to use it as i'm off to work in the west indies for 6 months on tuesday. poor thing will be locked in the garage 4 weeks out of every 5 this summer
Regards,
Billy

Sounds like a good time - well, maybe not the ballet dancing part...

I'm so envious, there's parts of Oz where you can ride for a week and not see a real hill or a real corner.   But then again some of our 'farms' are the size of some European countries.

Sounds like you had a blast - not sure about the ballet dancing though....you poms are too wierd.
