ok it looks like iv'e blown my rear shock has any one rebuilt /regassed the stock shock???

I don't think the stocker is rebuildable.  Sounds like its time for the Hayabusa shock!

If I was to have to replace, it I don't think that I would go with another stocker.

As for your rear shock, give the guys at Terry Hay's Shock Treatment a ring, they will probably be able to help you out with some advice.

Any year Hayabusa shock will work for the 2001-2005 B12 (and I'm guessing the '06, too). It will lift the tail up ~1.25", so if you want to retain the stock height you'll need to install lowering dogbones to counter it. If the bike has pod filters instead of the airbox, it bolts right in. If you still have the airbox, you'll need to trim a mount tab off to clear the reservior.
