98 bandit 1200 knocking when hot on idle

Really trying to figure out what is wrong with my bike, After I run it for a while, whe on idle i hear a knocking noise coming from the engine.  Pretty noticeable.  When i accelerate a little it kind of goes away/ gets hard to hear. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

so im thinking it is most likely rod knock and am just wondering if anyone within a couple hundred miles of Chattanooga has a good bandit motor for sale reasonably priced?
