I don't know if this helps or if anyone else thinks of it this way but
I grad the handlebar and the rail and put my foot(right for me)
against the stand just like everybody else. The problem arises when
you think than you need to lift the bike somehow.
The process is actually more a lean to the back and right while
arching your back somewhat. If you gets this down then the
procedure is effortless. Now I'm not the smallest rider here by
any means but I've seen a moderately athletic 100lb girl easily
put my bike up on the center stand after I showed her how.
