Clear Coat Touch Up

Thought I saw some adressing of this subject somewhere but I'll put it out there again.
My bike is only a year old but after a few long rides with gear strapped on and a homemade massage bead seat pad, it has obtained some scuffs to the clearcoat. What's the best way of buffing this out besides recoating at the body shop?

I've tried 3 or 4 different scratch/scuff removers and the one that works by far the best is also the cheapest... Kit Scratch Out.

Wow, thanks for sharing the research experience. I have been too lazy to go out and try products with so much else to do, but now I know what will work.

So what? Wipe it on, wipe it off and it's fixed?

Everything depends on how deep the damage is.

The Kit Scratch Out is basically a very fine abrasive that will take off extremely minute layers of the clear coat until you get it to a point where the scuffing is essentially buffed out.  So it's more of a buffing process than a wipe on-wipe off deal.

I've used it on scuffs and minor scratches on cars for years.
