I have searched and come up empty. I need to know if the busa shock is a direct bolt in for a 2nd generation bandit.
I realize it may raise seat height, but I am look forward to the change in geometry. I found the adjustment charts and it looks easy enough. There are tons of shocks on ebay.

Not sure... you may run into the same problem as running a B12 Progressive in that the link arms may hit the spring.
Also, if you're running the stock airbox, you'll need to trim it a little, just like the B12, to clear the top of the shock.

red,
does the 2nd gen 1200 shock fit the 2nd gen 600? Is it a bolt in?

sweet! I really wanted a busa to go with the race tech springs up front, but the 2nd gen b12 will still be an improvement, thanks for your help.
With all the talk Ive read about shock changes I have never heard concise details concerning the 2nd gen b6.
