Hayabusa break calipers ..sugestions

I have recently bought a 98 1200 in excelent condtion, It has front calipers fitted from a Hayabusa but unfortinatly they fell spoongy and not the best stopping power. There is braided hoses fitted and new pads. I have also bled the lines. Any sugestions on improvment would be great......

I would suggest you tie the brake lever in the on position with a zip tie and leave it that way for a day. Once the lever is zip tied open strike the caliper and fittings lightly with a rubber hammer to dislodge any air bubbles you may have.
I was suggested to do this on my bike and it fixed the sponginess. Seems leaving the brake leve "on" allow the bubbles to float to the resovoir.

Are you using a Bandit master, or the Busa one? Are the master cylinders the same?

Maybe you aren't pushing enough fluid to the busa calipers?
