Hey all, Ive go 25,000 miles on my bandit and noticed I have to adjust my chain about every 1000 miles now or less. So do they start stretching before they give up the ghost? Any recommends on replacement chain and cost? Thanks in advance.

I have a DID which is what the manual recommends. I tried one of the crappy d2moto chains from ebay and after only 3,000 miles it had stretched beyond the limit. I bought a chain breaker and rivet setter along with the DID. The clip on master links are supposedly not as good and I couldn't find one anyway. The DID came with a rivet link.

the manual recommends DID?
I've had good luck with EK Gold O ring. Go ahead and get new sprockets.
25k miles is pretty good mileage. My original chain didn't last 10k.

Yep. In the Suzuki Bandit 400 Service Manual on page 9-1: "Drive chain ..... DID 525V or RK 525SMOZ, 114 Links".
