Fuse and wire to use with Dual Star grip heaters

I just received my dual star grip heaters in the mail. They don't come with a fuse. I wanted to run the power directly from the battery (I hope I remember to turn them off).

It would be correct to put a fuse in the wire going to the battery. Right?

And what size would that wire be since I can't find one in the package.

So can anyone suggest a fuse that would be the right size? How many amps I think is the right way to put it.
