Stock muffler and midpipe swap, B12 to B6

Hi all,

Will a stock muffler and midpipe from a 2nd generation 2002 B12, fit properly on a 2nd gen 2000 B6?
Is it a direct bolt on?  Will I have to rejet or make any modifications if installed on to my B6?
Or will I have any problems with this muffler swap?

Should be a direct r&r.  Been done a few times.
