My 2003 naked Bandit 1200 vibrated badly when new and got better as the miles piled up.

I found that careful carb synh helped but the largest portion of the cure came in the form lf heavy bar end weights from Manic Salamander -- <www.manicsalamander.com>.

They're available in several finishes and really help.  I can ride with or without gloves and with minimal vibration getting through.

And what tires do you have on it?
Any cupping or strange wear on the front?

i agree with the carb sync suggestion. i also had some pretty bad vibes through the bars on my 00 b12. best thing i've found is a set of renthal superbike bars with bar end inserts from dirt werks. they slide inside the bars, and with a slight mod, the stock bar end weights go on the outside. no more vibes.
