"Motorcyclist rammed off the Yellowhead

A man who pushed and them rammed a motorcyclist off Yellowhead Trail is facing serious criminal charges.

People began dialing 911 when they saw a pickup truck weaving dangerously around traffic on the eastbound Yellowhead late Sunday afternoon. Police responded when the driver of the problem pickup first pushed a large motorcycle from behind several times, and then knocked the bike off the road near Anthony Henday Drive. The biker fell from the machine and suffered very serious road rash that will require surgery.

Witnesses to the incident gave police the licence plate information from the pickup. A man in his early 50s was later arrested at his home. He's charged with dangerous driving, hit and run, and criminal negligence causing bodily harm. "

 Hope they throw the book at him and that he has something that the biker can sue for.

The scary part is that Alcohol and drugs were not considered to be a factor.  This guy's bent naturally.
