Man Involved in Deadly Crash Arrested Again

A man from Luzerne County man involved in a deadly crash last month seems to be unstoppable. He's been stopped three times by police for driving with a suspended license and he is still behind the wheel.

Jeffrey Borrin was pulled over Monday for driving an unregistered vehicle and for not having a valid license. Officer said they also found 11 bags of heroin in his shoe. Borrin was arrested, but released pending a hearing on the charges.

Police said Borrin crashed into a motorcycle during a charity ride in Luzerne County last month, killing Butch Delaney of Plymouth and seriously injuring his wife, Linda. Since then he has been stopped and cited several times, but never locked up.

In July Borrin pleaded guilty to a DUI in Monroe County but has not yet been sentenced. Police pulled him over in Butler Township in April for driving with a suspended license. July 24 was the deadly crash in Butler Township. Just two days later Borrin was caught driving with a suspended license in Hazle Township. He was pulled over a second time last Friday for the same thing before Monday's arrest

I know this guy is destined to kill himself, sooner or later, but I'm afraid he'll take a couple more innocent people with him.
Maybe we can take up a collection for a 'contract' on the guy, since the State of PA doesn't seem to be able to get him off the road....

Situations like this really concern me. The police want to take my sons skateboard away from him, but they give this @$$hole a license to kill

I say we superglue him to an old 80cc bike thats stuck in first gear. Then we throw him into a sealed arena..... and we all get in our trucks and have some pinball fun!! First one to draw blood get a months worth of their favorite beer.

People like this need to be put face down in a field somewhere.

He should be in a Federal Pound-Me-In-The-Ass Prison, if you ask me.

Why is it that these extremem nut-cases get away with the unthinkable, but I get a ticket if I park my truck somewhere illegal for 5 minutes?

Maybe you didn't see the whole text. He has been stopped,cited,and arrested several times. Judges are responsible for releasing this mope.

Anyway, I would like to donate a dollar to the contract fund.

Yeah, the cops aren't to blame.....
I'm sure they're tired of seeing him, also.

This guy is a real 'gem'. There's a lot more to his story.
At the time of the wreck where he killed the biker, he had his 2 year old son in the car with him, and was driving his girlfriends vehicle, with her knowledge that he had no license.

I hope the kid has been snatched up by social services by now, although that's kind of punishing the kid....but it's the only chance he has.

We've got a dollar....only need about 9 more to get one of his druggie buddies to take him out.....

That happened real close to me. That guy is a total TOOL! I used to use that road making deliveries. No excuse for what happened. Only solace is if the law doesn't get him put away soon, some bikers probably will and thats OK with me. Give him what he deserves.
