Bandit 1250S Windscreen
« on: May 03, 2009, 12:19:00 AM »

I got rid of my stock screen shortly after purchasing my K7 B1250 nearly 2 years ago and replaced it with a Powerbronze DB screen.  Been reasonably happy with it but I'm getting sick of the blast around my neck and helmet when touring in the colder weather.

Has anyone got a flip screen or touring screen which they can recommend.  I'm 5'11" long and would love to find something that would get the airflow over my helmet.  I reckon a taller screen would go a long way to reducing helmet noise as well.  Thanks in advance.

I installed a Laminar Lip on my 2001 1200S Bandit. Best thing I did for the bike. Before the Lip the wind would hit me on the chin and around the armpits when doing 80MPH. Wind buffetting very evident at that speed. Now it hits me on top of the helmet and on the outside of my shoulders. I am 5"11" 170 lbs. Bought it for about $80 US. Highly recommend them.

ZERO GRAVITY has their new touring screen out now. It's about 6 and a half inches longer than stock as I understand.pics are on their website.
