My use of the english language wasn't the greatest in that first post... laughing at myself.

Raphy got a name in mind for the Toronto one?

1. GTA Bandit Riders;
2. Toronto Bandit Group; or
3. Toronto Area Bandit Club

Sorry about the time discrepancy guys.  A manual time update after a quick reboot was mistakenly set 12hrs behind.  Caught within 2 hours.  Hopefully this will only affect a couple of posts.

Yep, may as well be discussing saggar makers bottom knockers 'cos if it you haven't a clue what it's about, you can't offer your thoughts on it.

I guess it's a regional or country-specific thing.

It seems to be yet another web site where you just have to be seen at (and with another registration process). I suppose the question is - what has this one got that hasn't been done before?

What does a facebook site get you that you can't do here?
We've got area specific forums for you to chat with neighbors & organize rides and it can always be expanded if need be... like if "Canada" is too big, we can break it up to suit you.

I like GTA Bandit Riders or Toronto Bandit Group (TBG for short)... not a fan of #3... the "club"  :lol:

THat's actually very true... even if we did do a facebook group, noone would know about it unless we told them about it HERE... so why not keep it here - since it's a great place...

Facebook isn't a substitute for the BBS... its more so you can learn more about BBS members. It's basically having a personal webpage that other members of your "group" can see and visit. It's easy to upload photos can update information about yourself. You could see what "non-motorcycle" projects people are working on and pictures of them...

I thought if other people where already on it would be interesting to see what they're up to... but seeing no one knows what I'm talking about nevermind.
