After 20 minutes of riding  :crybaby:

You can't tell from the picture, but along with all the rest I ran into a "flock" of bees!  Fortunately none went down my jacket, or in my helmet. :gatlin

Hey Tundra, My shield looks EXACTLY like yours. My fiancee and I took our first two-up ride of the season last night. Got her a new jacket and she wanted to try it out. Only went 50 or so miles and me and the bike were pasted with them. I guess bug season is in full swing here in the northeast. :clubme:

This was a little longer, maybe ~45 minutes.
No bees though.

Pity I don't have no pic's from last years redback rally, and the locust plague the minister of war and had to ride through.
But I can tell ya we had to high pressure wash our jackets down when we got home, cause everytime we pulled up at lights euro wasps swarmed us. They love fresh meat. Our jackets completely changed color, from greenie yellow back to black.

Then there's our bogong moths, now when one of them suckers hits ya visor, its gonna mess the whole visor with one hit.
Foot loose and fancy free.
Looking for adventure and what ever comes our way.

Same way here in northern Pa.Some of them sneaked through in my helmet (hate it when that happens). Soon as I got back I sprayed everything down with glass cleaner. Took a 100 mile ride yesterday, and part of it was over a marsh, and by a creek and the hatch was on.

Bummer,I used to hate love bug season in TX for that reason...

Use Plexus on your lid shield before you ride and they'll wipe off smother than a baby's bottom with a dry towel.  Slick, no smears...
