As long as the color you use doesn't contrast so bad it's hard to read, no one cares.
A LOT OF YOU USE PHOTOS AND WAY TOO MANY EMOTICONS IN YOUR POSTS THAT I DON'T LIKE, BUT I DON'T ASSUME THAT JUST BECAUSE I DON'T PARTICULARLY CARE FOR THEM, THAT SOMEHOW THEY ARE PLACED THERE TO OFFEND ME.....
Pictures are a natural part of sharing what we're talking about, like in what we've done to our bike, help someone with their problem, show off a road trip, or just general fun. Emoticons are commonly used to help put some personality in the post since voice tone inflections don't transfer to (type)written word very well. I'd say they would have more to do with defining one's personality than the case they typed in.
I THINK THAT TYPING IN ALL LOWER CASE IS TERRIBLE, BUT I DON'T POST A COMPLAINT ABOUT IT, BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MATTER.....

I think typing in all one case, upper or lower, and not attempting to use proper capitalization makes it look like someone has a lack of education... but what I think about it doesn't really matter. What matters is it is a generally accepted rule of society - like wearing clothes.
It's not like you've been ignored for typing in all caps, people have still responded on-topic to your posts, so it hasn't proven to be an insurmountable issue to us. We would just prefer you type in a normal fashion.

It's been explained already. You won't go to jail for typing in all caps like you might if you were to run around town naked, but it is the polite thing to do.

We haven't been making a big deal about it. You've been poked fun at in this and other posts with funny little pictures to give you the hint. Perhaps it seems that way since more than one person has brought it up in one way or another. If you've been following the board long, you should know this was meant in a friendly, good-natured, ribbing sort of way and not meant to be an offensive assault.

If the case & color of your typing is what defines your personality, that seems pretty shallow. Seems more like a weak excuse to use to keep using all caps. Everyone else here - and the thousands of other boards out there - define their personalities with the words they use (and pictures or emoticons sometimes) - not by the case they type in.
