A Snell and DOT approved helmet for 1 cent!!  Not a word of a lie!

Look a little closer at the ad - wonder why they let them do that stuff?

Go ahead and buy the helmet for a penny, but tell them you will pick it up in person!

Too slimy for me to think of dealing with.  :-)  Notice how they will refund the "full", one cent,  purchase price, but not the $130.00 shipping charges. :-)

That's a pretty common tactic on ebay these days.     (Or could it be that I just spend way too much time on ebay?  Nah!)

Question from Russtang:

Can I pick this up from you?

Response from sethcme:

If you live locally I would be able to meet and I would sell this helmet to you for a total of 115.00. Please let me know thanks.

Since he's advertised it for 1 cent, I think he could be forced to sell it for that...not a misprint, just a blatant attempt to be dishonest.  Report his @ss to ebay!

He also does this to keep his fees to ebay down.  They do not get a percentage of the shipping, only a part of the price the item was bought.  What a scammer!

I hate people like this.  Notice the price is the same for shipping no matter the shipping option.  But I bet it comes USPS.

My brother-in-law has told me that a lot of people/companies do this.  They will sell a bunch of stuff cheap, but make their money on shipping.

That's not a bad price for that helmet, though, is it?  $115?
