Curious as to what every one pays for gasoline. We are are running about $2.50 per gallon or about $.66 a liter in Louisiana. Taxes vary about $.10 a gallon depending on the parish [ county] you fill up in.

Up here north of Seattle, we're paying ~$2.7X per US gallon right now (for regular unleaded, add 10 cents per upgrade and diesel is at "premium" prices or a few cents more). It's taken ~20 cent jump up in the last couple of weeks though.

Still beats the heck out of what I was paying in France last year... ~$6.30 per US gallon for diesel & $6.50 for regular unleaded. And when I was in Scotland, it was >$1/gallon more than that!

Try in Alberta - where the oil comes from - In Calgary it's $0.97 for regular and $1.07 for a liter of the good stuff.
Out side the city the price drops a few cents to $0.90 and $1.04 respectively

Looks a little better south of the boarder.

I just got back from a two week trip south (at least south from here). Fuel prices varied from a low near 2.24-2.40/gal in Montana and Idaho, to a high of 3.18-3.65/gal in California (the 3.65 was in the Mount Shasta Park area.)

It was easy to find fuel for 2.50/gal in most areas of Montana, Idaho, Utah, Oregon and Wash. California was all over 3.00 that I saw.

Here in Cranbrook, price is 95.4/litre today (~3.09US/USgal)

Holy cow! You're paying $3.67 per US gallon? In a place where the oil comes from? Yoicks!

The 87 octane in Tampa, Florida goes for 2.53 USD/gallon.
In Venezuela, also a place where oil comes from, I heard that 87 octane goes for less than 0.50 USD/gallon.

Something wrong with that picture.

In my part of Oz we're paying upwards of $1.25/lt for ULP and around $1.32/lt for PULP.

Yep, oil all around and the oil barons are sucking us dry. Saw a program that said the oil sands are the largest reserves in the world. Don't know if that's true but that's a hell of a lot of oil. 25 cents a gallon sounds about right to me. Ah, but then the rich would only get marginally richer.
One consolation. It makes me ride my bike more.

Right beside the oil refinery... $1.17 a liter about $4.42 (Canadian) a gallon. Nothing like living in on the east coast of Canada.

I always wondered why people who ride motorcycles ever concern themselves about the price of gas...

Well, Harley guys have to be concerned, their trucks get terrible mileage with 800 lbs of pig riding around in the back.

$3.25/gallon of 87 here in Southern California.
Back when I had a HD - WideGlide = 650lbs, it got about 35mph; not too bad.

The word is that we'll be paying around $1.40/Lt, just in time for the Easter long weekend.

Easter long weekend?
:stickpoke: We'll have none of that here in the US! We can't have any of that religious stuff interfering.
