I'd heard of Magni before. Didn't know about the Suzuki version though. Kind of surprising to see them use the lowest powered version of the 1157 motor.

As for what the GSX1200 is more kin to is, IMHO, open for debate. The styling (gas tank & dual rear shocks) is common with the GSX1400 - and is probably why the GSX1400 is called what it is called, but the 1200's motor is more similar to the Bandit (both use the 1157cc SACS mill), but in a lower state of tune.
