Have you used a wheel chock? Do you have an opinion?

I'm putting a motorcycle on the track for the first time so I need to buy one of these.  Frankly I'm interested in the Condor or LA Chock style, but damn they're nearly $200! Is there something else that works well?  I thought I'd ask if anyone here had words of expierence.  Thank you!

I've used one and they work great.But I don't have one because I have a hard time coming up with the $200. Anything from your Bandit to a dressed Harley you can drive right in and get off the bike. I see alot of them in the pitts at the track. And venders at different bike outings(Mid Ohio Vintage days). Its on my list of things I want. I know a guy that makes something similar out of steel. I'll see what he wants for them. I think he sells them on ebay.

Those are really slick.  I have Pingle-style, tubular chock for the trailer and an LP swingarm stand for the paddock.  The LP stand is crap - especially for the narrow arm of the B4.  One of these days, I'm going to get a Pit Bull for the front and back.  The tubular chock works fine for the trailer.  It's not as convenient as these drive-in kind but they're also ~$30 shipped.
