CHICAGO -- A woman was killed after she was hit by a motorcycle on the West Side early Wednesday.
It happened near the corner of West Flournoy Street and South California Avenue around 2:20 a.m., police said.
Taisha Moore, 27, was killed in the crash.
The driver of the motorcycle, 23-year-old Travis Lofton, was cited with drunken driving and not having a driver's license. Records indicated that Lofton had been cited three other times since 1998 for driving without a license.
Lofton taken to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition, officials said.
