if you do a burn out and keep the rpms low how hard is it on your bike. granted the tire and brakes but how about the motor.

The motor doesn't know the difference between a burnout and going down the road.

How do i go about doing a burnout on my B6 `? Just rev it up to about 6000 and release the clutch fast? Never tried it, but now i need a rear tire change, thought maby i would burn out the rest...

Lock the front wheel, give it some gas and let out the clutch.
Be careful, if the front tire doesn't have a good bite, the engine will push the bike anyway, skidding or hopping the front tire

place a little water on the road, put your back tire over the water and stand up place your legs in front of the foot pegs to help hold the bike. place the bike in 3rd gear hold the front brake rev the motor to about 5000 rpm and in one smooth quick move release the clutch and add throttle keeping the rpm's at 8000 now sit down when the tire is smoking nice you will fell the bike pulling on your legs slowly release the front brake and leave placing a nice 500 ft. black mark in front of your house.
once you get the hang of it you won't need the water or to stand up
