That's a pretty bike. I have the same one, I took the decals off though. I couldn't imagine changing the paint. I would like to know what you would do though.
How much did the carbs do for the overall performance? I am trying to decide which mods would give me the best benefit and would be healthest for the Bike. So far I have a Supertrapp slipon and nothing else done to the bike, besides a Corbin seat. I haven't even drilled out the plugs on the Carbs yet as the bike tends to warm up in about four or five minutes.
As far as my 5000k miles I have very much fallen in love. Great  rollout power, good handling and braking and easy to keep healthy. Yep I just won't sell this one. I still have a 79 CB750F that I love for much of the same reasons that I got the GSF for. Be careful they are Monsters, sometimes I get home and just wonder what the hell I was thinking.
Where am I?

I too have the same bike.
I have a Ivans stage one exhaust, Yosh full exhaust system, Hyabusa rear shock, taller handlebars from a Buell ST, a sport tourer MRE wind screen, hand protectors from the Vstrom, heated grips and new Dunlop 205 tires, SS brake lines.
I want to decide whether I will keep it sport touring focused or a street fighter. I do need new mirrors and haven't decided which ones I want.
If I make it a street fighter I want to and USD forks and a single sided swingarm, and 4-2 exhaust.
I currently dynoed out at 120 hp which is all I want.
I will include a pic later.
Joe
