Hello everyone, i just joined this forum as i recently acquired a 1200 Bandit. She needs a good cleaning and some minor work but all in all quite a good deal for the money paid.
So far the goodies are piling up for installament, a Yoshi exhaust, Powerbronze hugger, bellypan and rr seat cowl.

Thanks for the praises on buying a Bandit, this was a long overdue decision. The reality of it is nearly all the crotch rockets look the same. Thankfully the Bandit has enough of a 'look' to make it stand out from the totally plastic crowd.
As for the colour I was really hoping to find a silver one but when deals come up, colours not an option.

Ya, of course, blue would have been the ultra high speed, total performance color.

Good to see you made it here, Allan. Pretty good folks on here.....with a sprinkling of the usual nutters.  :stickpoke:
Glad to see that you got the superfast red one, as Red01 says.
Now you just gotta get it up to Cowtown so we can go on the PNW Ride with the "usual suspects"......and, yes guys, I'm still promising not to fall off on the next ride.

Welcome to the board and congrats on the purchase  :beers:

Notice how no one else has said anything about the teal Bandits being the fastest. Of course we're always moving so fast that nobody has time to tell what color our bikes are
