Yea, that would be the other thing to do for a real Touring bike, much bigger tank. I would think around 6 or 7 gallon tank would be good. If it got 35MPG, (considering it's size) that would only be about a 192.5 - 227.5 Mile range at most. Now if it got mileage like my bike, it would go around 236.5 (6 Gal, 5.5 usable) miles. (I'm getting around 43 - 45 MPG)
Of course, as Red mentioned, you'd want the exhaust somewhere other than under you're butt. (unless its winter time,
