Bodily Injury Liability         $25,000/$50,000          $41.00
Property Damage Liability  $25,000                       $12.00

DAMN!  Here we -have- to insure for ½ million liability.  None of this $25K stuff.  I wanna know,.. what do you have to do with a bike to cause a HALF million $$$ of damage with one.  I mean,.. I can maybe see if you were playing pinball on a mercedes lot,... but other than that....

Here in New Zealand the B12 holds its price very well.  Going through the latest copy of a national motorcycle listings mag the B12 is as popular as it always was.

Examples:  1999 B12 37,000kms $8,000
                 2001 B12 18,750kms $9,995
                 2000 B12s 22,000kms $11,500

and the list goes on.  All of these bikes had good service records and various bling to sweeten the deal.  These were all private sales with dealers selling similar items for around $1,000 to $1,500 more.
Taken over by the dark side. Now riding a CB 1300 but visit my old bandit regular.

That's interesting.  I guess our obsession with cruisers kills the market here.

Maybe if you hit a McLaren F1... IIRC, they run over $1 million, so you know parts would be spendy.

Lol!  Possibly,.. but I don't think I've ever seen one here, I don't think they're native.   Inhospitable environment and all.  Potholes, winter, straight roads, radar capital of North America.  And frigging speedbumps tall enough that I scraped the exhaust on the 919 the other day.  I was not a happy stormi.

I'd have to actually seek one out.  Of course that could also result in target fixation....

I sure like that color though.  And I don't generally like red cars.

i got a 2001 B12s for 2400. good condition, but 62K miles. all it needed was a new front tyre and breakpads.
