Where is the best place in the world for a biker to live?

I grew up in CA and have lived in the DC area for the past 37 years. The only place I would probably consider moving to is western NC. Ashville area. Endless supply of twisty roads. Blue Ridge Parkway, Deals Gap, etc, etc.

Maybe when I retire in 3-4 years.
