="bikrpitts"]I have a blue Bandit in excellent, if not mint shape for sale.  Completely stock for the exception of Gen Mar handle bar risers and a Corbin seat (recently broken in from my trip to Colorado).  I recently installed a new DID top of the line chain and sprockets.  It has 13,800 miles on it.

I can email pictures to anyone interested.  I live in Des Moines, IA.

The engine has not been modified or beaten (to death) and runs perfect.

The selling price will be $4,500.00 firm and will leave it here for a couple of weeks and then sell through the local papers.  Just shoot me an email if your interested.
A bit far for me to get interested but!!! :worthless:
Good luck sounds fair to me!!!!

Yeah its been there since he posted.  No edits showing...

Don't worry I've done much worse...
On another site I type my post subject, never checked it.
Meant to say "Found a new gray area".  1st of all I imspelled grey,
2nd of all I typoed and missed the "r" in gray.  So guess what it said I found.
When I checked the board the next day, there was a string of replies to my
suprise, until I realized I was being hazed for "finding a new gay area"    :boohoo:  :duh:

Good to hear from ya Marty...  I had  to put the whole wood working hobby on hold when I got worse earlier this year.  I still have a bookcase  on my workbench in the garage; finished assembly and sanding in Jan, just never got around to staining and urethaning it.  I even have the unopened Miniwax one step still sitting next to it.  I can't breathe any fumes or touch chemicals now, the doc warned me it will absorb into my blood and stress the almost dead liver thats in me now.  So, maybe I'll finish it one of these days when the liver transplant somes through.  eh mate !Throw a steak on the barby for me ! :)

Nice to know you are still posting Mike.

Sorry to hear about your woes.

I have not used stains or urathanes, etc on my woodwork since I found Danish Oil. It is really easy to apply has no cronic fumes like the other products, renders the wood waterproof against spilt coffee etc, dries really fast and only requires re-oiling once a year (twice if outside). It finishes with a matt finish so if you prefer gloss, your out of luck.

You should be able to get it at your local DIY store - get some ond try it b4 you apply it to your bookcase

BTW rubber gloves are best used

Good luck

Heck, the thread isn't even in the right spot. Don't we have classified section? Then again I could be wrong, see my above post asking for the year of bike
