Bad experiences i've had in other situations but very recently i had a very good experience when i bought an R/R for my B4. The thing got lost in customs or something, and he wanted to send another one for only the shipping costs, because i treated him like a gemntleman would..
Such a compliment feels very good and tells me i'm on the good side of the spectrum, just like him..
