Had a rare few minutes of free time last night and gave the bike a quick wax job.

Now that looks better...

I always liked the red. (mines silver, it's growing on me)

I'll have to admit...I'm "green" with envy of your red bike...to bad red is ,as we all know, the slowest color.

Just kidding! Looks real nice.

The B12 does clean up well especially since the engine is painted also you can mike it shine easier as well, and of course the painted black rims really hide the chain spatter. All working together to make the bike keep clean and sharp easier and longer. I think all the solid colors look good in person and in photos but the commemorative two tone blue and white race commemorative colors look great in person and draw attentive questions from bystanders after being parked in public. "Nice bike, what kind of Suzuki is that?" But I must admit the blues and white color scheme does not photo well.

Nice ride and nice shine too.  That particular red is one of the better shades out there as well.

Yep, that's why I bought "red" too....although I'd call it "wine" or "metallic maroon", myself. Very unique because everyone has black/silver/dark blue Bandits....and no one can ever confuse mine with an ABS-equipped Bandit.....
Yes, I know, I'm sure ABS has its charms just like fuel injection and water cooling and all that modern stuff....
It's just that I'm not quite ready to deal with such....er...ummm....complexities in my motorcycles. Call me old-fashioned but that's the way I feel.
Why the next thing I know, someone will be trying to convince me I should have a shaft drive bike.....
Now that WOULD set me off.....:gagme:

I sure did like the color of my B6 as well...  if they offered the same color in '05 it would've been a tough decision.

'05 B1200S ... Top 20 mods... #20 through #2 - All The Usual Ones, Yada, Yada  & #1... 150,000+ Miles and Counting!!!!
