Just put a belly pan and flush mounts on mine last week. Looks good, but the belly pan sure gets beat up quick.

I sorta wanted one once, but what you've mentioned did cross my mind.  I'd hate to spend the money and have it get chewed up.  Good lookin' bike!

So that first pic is how your bike appears to you when you're on LSD?

Thanks. I never really thought it would get beat up real bad, but I do ride alot of gravely back roads so that probably doesn't help. I don't actually have that much invested in it. I picked up the belly pan brand new on ebay for about $75 shipped, and I had a buddy of mine mix up the factory paint at cost, and then another buddy painted it for free. I have about $100 in it. That's about $100 cheaper than they sell em' for unpainted. I think the guy still sells em' on ebay.
