OK - How about a PNW trip in Sept?
« on: August 28, 2009, 12:33:52 AM »
Cargo7 and I are trying to work out another 4 day trip...ie: get down and do the Ranier/St Helen's loop we had planned in July. Tentatively scheduled for Friday, Sept 11th through Monday, Sept 14th.

Likely meet in Osoyoos and head south through the US Okanagon on Friday.l

Anyone else interested? Possible alternate date would be Thurs/Fri Sept 24/25 to Sun/Mon Sept 27/28th.

I might be able to work the alternate daye into my schedule, but 9/11 will be my first full day back from Hawaii and I'm supposed to be @ work that day.

Looks like Sept 11-14th is firmed up. So far Cargo7, my brother on my B6 and I. We are planning to meet somewhere around Colville or Republic and make our way down around Mt St Helen's.

If anyone else is interested, let me know, and we'll work out a more definite plan.

Sorry Red...Sept 24/25 is now not available for me, so we firmed up the first date.

Thanks for the offer Mike. We spent Sat (12th) night in Yakima at the CHEAP Rodeway Inn...$60.00 for the 3 or us. (one on the rollaway, that basically didn't fit in the room.)

Great trip, I'll post some pics soon.
