Good Customer Service

Just a quick kudos to the guys at San Diego House of Motorcycles.  I don't know how I found them originally on the net but I'm happy I did!  I placed an order with them a while back.  The guys on the phone were very friendly and helpful when I was placing my order and gave me 10% off for my first order.  I was a little disappointed that it took a while to recieve my order but it wasn't their fault it was a backorder from the manufaturer.  Well, once I received my order, the grips had come in the wrong color.  I emailed them and the sales manager Neal Wheeler jumped in and sent me the correct color grips free of charge and let me keep the ones that came in wrong so I could replace my shot grips and keep riding.    :thanks:
Wait for me!!

I've been there a few times over the years and like them ok. They re-did their sales floor and its pretty nice. I go there when my small friendly shop doesn't have what I need without ordering.  One of the better shops in San Diego. It is a dealer so you pay more.
