Well this is my first review, so go easy on me. Have just purchased a full set of pads for my 99' B6, done some looking around and seem to get the feeling that high performance pads are the way forward.

Have just got the EBC Double H pads. And have started to install them.

Went to my local parts department in good old Newcastle upon Tyne, and asked if I would have to order them in, but no! instock! at a hole £16.96 Each (thats around $34), Which I think is cheap.

So will post how the bike differs with the new pads over the next few weeks, before I put on SS Brake Hoses.

Jacknife,
You will be amazed at the extra bite these pads offer.  I was blown away.

A stong word of caution:  I would NOT use them on the rear.  IMO it's too much of a good thing.  The regular EBC pads work just fine.  The HH's are just too damn aggressive and you'll run the risk of the rear locking and/or stepping out on you, especially in a turn.
If you can still exchange them, do so.

Its funny you should say that. I have the Organic ones for the back. The guy in the shop must know what he's talking about. Makes a change.

That depends on how big your balls are.

I have gotten the rear end up braking hard for turns.  A little bit of the "backing-it-in" feel.  Never intentionally, but it has happened.
