Just a quick note to let you all know that I have dealt with Givi customer support and had fantastic results.  The product is excellent, waterproof, and solid.  I had an issue with their directions, because they are written in three different languages.  Givi customer support took care of the problem, and was more than fair to me.  I highly recommend their product.  Givi customer support is excellent.

Their luggage racks and topcases and really nice, too.  Good to know in case I ever need their c.s.

I lost one of my little rubber thingies on my monorack and they sent me a replacement for free.  Doesn;t seem like a big deal, I know, but most companies probably would have charged me for them.

I anticipated that possibility and when I assembled the rack I put a drop of Super Glue on each rubber thingy.

Super Glue (cyanoacrylate (C5H5NO2), for you chemistry geeks) tend to break down over time and your little rubber thing may pop out again you may want to pull them back out and try little RTV silicone. It will take a little longer to catalyze but your little rubber thingy may stay in there a little longer, possibly forever!
