I'm thinkin of goin for a Zox flipface with a retractable visor. My present HJC flip is quite noisy. Does anyone know if the Zox flip is quiet? For 200 bucks I'd just wouldn't see how.

Don't know about the flip up noise level, but if theres better noise insulation with the non-flip than any HJC or ICON I have ever experienced, it stands to reason that the same technology or insulating qualities are also passed on to their flip up models, although I can expect they would not be as quiet as the NON-FLIPS.

I have the Zox Nevado and it is pretty quite.  Installing the supplied chin flap helped. The exception is I get a slight whistle when I check my blind spot at highway speeds.  Of course I did get the quite silver color.
