Vortex Front & Rear Stands
« on: September 03, 2005, 06:35:29 PM »
Does anyone have any experience with Vortex Front and Rear Stands?
I came across this set on eBay and it looks interesting. I need some stands so I can work on my 2G B12. I'm contemplating removing the center stand when I install my Busa shock and high mount pipe (plus it shaves a little weight). Anyone got a front or rear by Vortex?

Here is the link I'm referring to:

Pit Bull brand. I'm guessing they are all about the same. Indespensible when doing work to the whole bike.

Thanks for the info Bantana. Do you have both the front and rear Pit Bull stands? I see that there is a pit bull front stand that can lift from the triple clamp and under the forks, is this what you use?

I also came across these lift systems. Anyone got any feed back on these?

Check out the Video demos. Looks good. Not sure if it will work with my Sportbikes.
I'm looking for stands that will allow me to work on my bikes and I'm looking to do some customization in the future. Trying to get this right the first time if possible.
